Hey, I did my first real mtb ride in my new "life with ITP" yesterday. Details on that tomorrow.
Platelets: 78k
(down from 94k last wednesday but safe enough to ride with confidence)
Meds: 70MG Prednisone (Steroid)

That picture made me hurt for you!
Having no idea what a normal platelet count is, I googled: 150,000 - 400,000 platelets per microliter (mcL). I assume your numbers are X 1000. Still, yeah, that's low.
You want some of my platelets? I haven't crashed in a while so I guess I'm not using them.
